Yes. Saturday weddings need the bride plus at least three other services. Sunday through Friday it is the bride plus at least two others. If your party is smaller than that, you can still book by paying the difference to meet the minimum. Once your date is secured you can add services, up to six total, but services cannot be subtracted once the retainer is paid

No, a trial is optional and not included with your booking. Trials are only available once you are booked, and are held on weekdays, typically before 5pm, at my in-home studio in Decatur, TN, paid for at the time of service. If you are out of town or truly cannot make a weekday work, reach out and we will find a solution together

Travel is quoted individually, based on how far your venue is from my Decatur, TN studio, and comes with your personalized price list. Any parking or valet fees at your venue are covered by you

I can cover up to six services on my own, depending on the timeline. Seven or more requires bringing in a second artist, which adds an additional fee to cover securing that artist and their travel. I will send you a list of artists I trust so you can choose who joins

A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. No date is held without both, and the deposit goes toward your total balance

The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding. I email your final invoice two weeks out, or sooner if you ask for it

The bride is responsible for the full payment. I cannot split it across the wedding party or take separate payments from other people in the party, and I do not accept personal checks. Card or bank payment only

Cancellations must be sent to me in writing by email. If you cancel after booking, the deposit is lost, and if the full cost has already been paid, that is lost too — and the deposit cannot be moved to future services, because I will have turned away other inquiries to hold your date. In the unlikely event I am severely unwell or unable to work your wedding day, I will contact you straight away and either refund you in full or, if you prefer, arrange for another available artist to take care of you

A date can be moved if you let me know at least six months before your original wedding date. I cannot guarantee the new date is open, since it may already be booked, and if I am not available for it the deposit is not refunded

Your bridal makeup includes a touch-up kit to keep with you for the rest of the day: a lip kit, a beauty blender sponge, and a powder puff

I have more than eight years of experience in bridal makeup and I am a licensed esthetician
