The terms that govern booking with Chloe Wilson
Booking
Every booking is governed by the service minimums, deposit, balance timing and second-artist rules on the booking page. A signed contract and the deposit described there are what secure your date — no date is held on the strength of an inquiry alone
Payment
The bride is responsible for the full payment for her booking. Payment cannot be split across the wedding party, taken as separate payments from other people in it, or accepted as a personal check
Cancellation
The cancellation policy on the booking page governs what happens if a booking is cancelled, by either side, after the deposit is paid
This site
The content, photography and text on makeupxchloewilson.com belong to Chloe Wilson and may not be reused without permission. The site is provided as-is, and while I do my best to keep pricing and availability current, the price guide and any signed contract are what actually govern a booking
Governing location
These terms are governed by the laws of TN, where Chloe Wilson is based
